NOTICE OF "SPECIAL" PUBLIC MEETING

DES MOINES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BOARD

The Des Moines International Airport Board is a Governing Board appointed by the City Council.  The Airport Board will discuss the Items as posted on the Approved Agenda.  Any person wishing to speak on any Item will approach the podium, give his/her name and other pertinent information and will be allowed 5 minutes to discuss the item as established in the Airport Board By-Laws.

 

Some of the Board Members may be present by Electronic Means if it is impossible or impractical for them to attend in Person due to the Expeditious Nature of this Meeting

2.     Approval of Change Order No. 7 with Dean Snyder Construction for the Airport 2008 Aircraft Maintenance Facility Contract for a Time Extension of the Intermediate Occupancy Completion from September 30 to November 7, 2008, Including a Reduction of the Bonus Completion Bid Item Associated with this Intermediate Completion from $200,000 to $50,000 and Change of the Overall Completion Date from October 24, 2008 to December 12, 2008 (08-0815)
